| The cottage also has four mountain bikes which guests are welcome to use, and ample private parking. |

| The Telephone is there for all emergency services, and to receive incoming calls - ideal to give to family & friends. The number is available from Adrian or Judy if you desire. |

| Gas, Water Electricity are all included in the price, although there is a small charge made for excessive electricity use. |

| Cleaning. The cottage will be clean when you arrive, and if it is left clean there is no extra charge. However, if you do not wish to clean the cottage a charge of £30 will be payable on departure. |

| Linen. Pillows, duvets and covers are provided. |
